What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you'd like to check in at a different time, please contact us in advance.

Since the Martiamuno rural house does not offer 24-hour service, guests must inform the guest of their expected arrival time in advance.

To facilitate check-in, a link to complete online check-in will be sent 72 hours before arrival. Personal information will be requested from each guest.

You must vacate the room before 11:00 on the day of departure. You can give the key to the staff or leave it in the room door.

What are the payment methods?

To make a reservation, a €50 advance payment is required, via bank transfer or Bizum. You will receive an email with the instructions. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival by bank card, cash, or Bizum.

Can the reservation be cancelled or modified?

Cancellations or changes to dates are free if made at least 14 days prior to arrival. After this time, a fee equivalent to the total amount of the reservation will be applied. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will also be charged. As this is a small rural house, these changes or cancellations significantly affect our planning.

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast will be served in the dining area at the time indicated by the guest, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Is there a cleaning service?

Our team will keep your room clean every day.

The open-air parking is located at the entrance of the rural house and is available to our guests.

We are a small rural house and we want all guests to be comfortable, so we have developed these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

Guests are asked to minimize noise from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure everyone's rest.
Please maintain silence to ensure a pleasant and peaceful experience for all guests.
We invite you to enjoy the gardens, lounges, furniture, and amenities of the rural house responsibly.
It is not permitted to light the fireplace in the living room.
Keep the garden clean, do not throw cigarette butts, papers, etc., and respect the plants in it.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or in enclosed common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Access to persons not registered at the hotel is not permitted.
The organization of parties or other events of any kind is not permitted.
